I'm Roman, a Lithuanian full-stack developer and founder of WebOmas.pro. I've been writing code since 2010 — starting with PHP and raw HTML at a time when jQuery was cutting-edge, working through every major shift the web has gone through since.

Today I run WebOmas.pro as a remote-first, one-person studio. I take projects from brief to live deployment — design, code, SEO, hosting setup — without handing anything off to a sub-contractor. Every line of code you see in this portfolio was written by me.

My clients are SMBs in Lithuania and the UK: cleaning companies, accountants, car dealerships, security firms. People who need a site that works, loads fast, ranks on Google, and doesn't require a developer on call to update a phone number. That's exactly what I build.

I work fully remote and communicate in English, Lithuanian, and Russian. Timezone is EET (UTC+2/+3), but I adapt to client schedules without issue.
